Hello. I am having issue with one of the controllers on my storage.

I read this: https://www.dell.com/community/PowerVault/Upper-Controller-down-SCv3020/td-p/7353442 and tried to follow on the guide, but there is no right pane for me. Neither on the running controller, nor the failed controller. I am using DellEMCStorageClientWindows-19.1.10.350 but I have also tried with 19.1.1.579 and 18.1.20.114

Through the web UI I tried to reset them in sequence, but it failed as not all of them were online. 

How can I restart only the bottom controller without shutting down the storage?
