Is there a way to delete removed / missing drives? 

Unit is out of warranty.  I am trying to set it up in my lab... not production.  I have most of the original drives and it can boot fully.  My issue is that it originally had an SSD tier (I don't have any of the SSD drives).  While I have deleted all of the volumes and servers the SSD disk cannot seem to be removed because "at least one user allocation present".  I think it's because the original config had data progression configured and it the drives are still in that disk folder.

All I am trying to do is delete the drives and the tier from the config, so I can use the array.

Also, the existing tier 3 drives are showing 65% allocated even though I deleted all the volumes and emptied the recycle bin. I have tried to "release" some of these drives but they just say "releasing" and it's been over 24 hours.
