SCV 2020 fail to start up

Top faulty Controller Hi  Can i get assistance with a SCV 2020 controller that does not want to start up. I am not able to log into it via the storage manager. Any suggestions what to do.

Hi,

Try the following steps

Check the pins and reseat the storage controller.
1. Remove the storage controller.
2. Verify that the pins on the storage system backplane and the storage controller are not bent.
3. Reinstall the storage controller.
