Hello,

Switch upgrades for EMC customers with Premium Support are handled by EMC Customer and as such the code is not availalbe to them.   Customers with Enhanced support are required to do their own firmware upgrades and they have access to the firmware on Powerlink ( Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads C > Connectrix Firmware M Series).   Which level of support do you have for your switches?
