Upgrade Firmware McData switch Ds-24M2

Question

Hi There

I need to upgrade the DS-24M2 from 08.01.01_4 to 09.07.02. Here is the configuration:

Cx300, Solaris 10 running on Sun T2000, Sles 10 running on HP servers, plus 2* McData switches. I will be upgrading the Flare code from 02.19 to 02.26. Is there anything that I should worry about. Any documentation will help.

i would suggest your run emcgrab utility on your host to collect information about PowerPath version, hba drivers/bios ..etc and then run output of emcgrab through HEAT reporting system. You can download OS appropriate grabs here:

After you ran emcgrab on your systems, you can upload these files to this site so they get analyzed.
