Hi,

I'm very sorry to hear of what has happened. This is not the experience we want our customers to have.

Could you provide the order # and the registered owner's name via direct message? I'll have it checked right away.

I'm sure Susanna will solve all the issues and you'll receive it within a week.

Or more likely she tells you nothing new, because they just do public relations, thwy dont solve anything.

I do see you're working with us with regards to the replacement which has been delayed due to part shortage. We will continue to work on one platform to avoid confusion.

I am already messaging with one of your colleagues. "0 messages and still no solution, nor any willingness to actually provide assistance.

So unless you have the power to do something about it, that your colleague Nimin doesn't, why would I waste more time messaging with you?
