Chris,
I did that before i posted my question. The voice messaging systems tells you the HR department is no longer avialable via phone and to contact them via internet. The ask you to use this web address " insideportal.dell.com " but this is not working either.

insideportal.dell.com works only when you are logged into the Dell internal tools. I called that number and was given these options:
1 Benefits
2 Payroll
3 HR Service Center
4 Travel
5 Workers Compensation
