Abysmal UK service Pro Support Plus

Raised service request 10th July for my laptop. Still waiting for repair to be carried out by Dell UK repair centre. Just spoken with the rudest, abrupt, unhelpful customer representative at Pro Support Plus, who frankly is in the wrong job! Couldn't wait to close down the call so she could be appallingly rude to her next victim. Appalling sub standard service all round from initial service request being issued to dealing with the arrogant, rude abruptness of the UK service centre. Please escalate this complaint to whoever needs to know so that they can hopefully improve this abysmal service. Oh, and I suggest you retrain her in how to be polite, apologetic and helpful to customers.
