AIT Worldwide Logistics Problem

I purchased a Alienware Aurora Gaming Desktop and Alienware 27 Gaming Monitor   on Aug 6. The monitor was delivered by UPS on Aug 7. I was surprised how fast that came. Now I was told the desktop will be here on Aug 13. I get notification that it will be delay by 1 day ok no a problem but now it is Aug 14 and still no change in tracking or updated information. Dell had sent me previous items thru FEDEX and why will they use this company that I know is going to be a problem. The status just says delay no updated information and I was hoping to get it by this week. Dell you need to do better than using companies like this. They never do well with delivering packages especially with out updated information.
