Alienware computer issue not resolved in over a month

My computer was less than 2 months old when it stopped working.  Alienware has sent out three different techs to fix.  They said they couldn’t fix it so they were going to send out a new computer 10 days ago but I’m getting emails saying management is still waiting to approve this.  Can you direct me to a person to resolve this issue.  My family wants and needs a computer that works.
