Alienware gaming pc, garbage

<Prohibited word or character substitution used. Soliciting other users is not allowed. See the Forum Code of Conduct. DELL-Admin>

I bought the top of the line Alienware gaming pc and it is garbage. I had less problems in 4 years with Acer then less then a year with this garbage. I paid top dollar thinking I would get the best but I was so wrong. Dell destroyed the brand and is building garbage.

Dell/Alienware
I have been dealing with Dell to fix my Alienware Aurora R16. It has been a week now. I have begged to escalate the issue to management but was denied. The Dell Assistance thinks that my issue is settled. Their fix was to downgrade the performance of my CPU through the Bios. Disabling CPU speed and Boost. My pc isn't crashing anymore but I didn't PURCHASE a $6500 top of the line pc to downgrade performance. I paid for performance and NOT to downgrade it. If that was the case I would have paid a 3rd of the price at Walmart.
I had hoped that buying an Alienware would have given me the assurance of QUALITY and PERFORMANCE but I was so wrong. When Alienware was QUALITY/PERFORMANCE (Before Dell) the price was high but you had QUALITY/PERFORMANCE. With Dell, you lose quality and performance even though I paid for a premium account. The price is even higher than it was with Alienware but you need to take away the quality and performance. To spend more on premium services is also stupid because you are treated like and idiot speaking to AI. I tried to escalate it and was promised a call from management which never came. Now they say that my issue is settled because my pc isn't crashing anymore.
I tried to write a complaint to Dell HQ in Canada but they don't accept emails or calls. This is the only way to complain to Dell is through this censored forum which goes NOWHERE!!!! I would recommend an Acer sold by BestBuy or Walmart any day over Dell. They shouldn't even have the right to use the name Alienware
