Alienware headset package not received
On Monday, July 13, I ordered an Alienware Pro Headset from the Dell website in the Netherlands. At the time of purchase, I was given an estimated delivery date of Wednesday, July 15. On Wednesday morning, I also received a notification stating that my package was on its way.
It is now Thursday, July 16. This morning, I contacted UPS to ask about the status of my package. They informed me that there have been no tracking updates since Wednesday, which could indicate that the package has been lost. However, they were unable to tell me exactly what had happened.
The UPS tracking is also clearly not updating itself as it keeps telling me that the package will arrive on July 15, which is impossible right now.
After that, at around 11:00 AM, I contacted Dell customer support. I was told that one of your colleagues would create a support ticket regarding my issue. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any confirmation of this per e-mail, so I currently have no idea what the next steps are or what I can expect.
At the moment, I am the only person at home, so I also do not know when I should expect any updates about the possible delivery.
I find this situation very frustrating and would greatly appreciate some clarity regarding what has happened to my order and, more importantly, when I can expect to receive my headset.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Just received an email from Dell saying that an investigation is underway to determine where my package is. I’ll wait for now to see whether this gets resolved.
