Alienware R computers

I am really disappointed in the whole Alienware line I have been buying the R series since they started. I bought the R3 and not even a year off, the unit started overheating then the fans failed then it just stopped working all together thinking that was just a one off I go and buy the R4 and the same deal it was like I was reliving the whole thing all over again. At this point i am thinking they you guys just took the problems and put it in a new case.So giving you guys one more chance to redeem yourself in my eyes. I go and buy the R5 low and behold its the exact same thing over heating,fban problems and the power supply failing along with the battery not holding a charge all 3 of these computer had the same issues only with the R3 if failed before I had a chance to find out if the power supply was faulty. I am disappointed in Dell tremendously. I will never spend money like this again with you people and to think I was buying my Daughters computers entering college no way will I have my kids go through this. This Alienware needs to be trashed its not the old Alienware I use to love. The thousands of dollars I paid for this crap and to think i was going to purchase Falcon Northwest. I will be looking into Asus you just lost a Dedicated Dell Customer
