Alienware X51 Delayed Four Times

Can somebody please help me. I ordered my Alienware x51 on May 21st. It was supposed to come on June 5th but got delayed until June 12th. When it was clear that the order was not going to ship in time for delivery it was then delayed until June 19th. The order was then cancelled all together and resubmitted on June 7th with an estimated delivery date of June 21st. It has now been delayed until June 28th. Shipping has been expedited four times. Every time I call and ask what the problem is, they tell me a part is on backorder, but they don't know which one. I tweeted my frustration about this to Dell and DellCares actually replied to me asking me to DM my order number. I did that yesterday and I never heard back from them. Also, the case manager that usually lets me know that my order is delayed never called me today. This has been a nightmare. Can someone tell me what is going on?

Please allow me to apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused and we're sorry that the system was not shipped on the date it was initially indicated. If you are already working with a @DellCares rep about the Order, you can continue to work with them. However if you want me to check the status, please provide the Order number, Name on the account and the Country through Private Message.
