Also missing my egift card.

Hi Lorna,

I also have not yet received my egift card for $300. I sent you a friend request, with my info attached. I received my new TV on 12/24. It was ordered on 12/2. Please help! I emailed dell support about it 2 weeks ago, and did not get a response other than the automated "Thank you for contacting support, we will respond to your request as soon as possible. "
