Dell Customer Care is a joke. My Dell Desktop broke down and I tried their tech support at $99. I was connected to a so called technician who was awaken by my call and was half sleep and had no idea how to fix my pc, mumbling in a sleepy low Indian accent. After 45 minutes of confusion he asked if he could call me back in ten minutes and he never did. I will never buy from Dell again and will spread the word to everyone I meet. Horrible experience.
