I ordered a inspiron 13 inch 7000 special edition a month ago,been waiting for it since then, yesterday I went to check the order status of my order I saw that dell sent me an inspiron 15 5000 ,with no warning,i used the chat with one of there agent ,he just apologize and did nothing else to solve the problem,i bought 5 dell computer in the past and this one will be returned to dell and I will never buy anything from them thank!
