Bad experience, got a system exchange

Still happening a few years on then. I had similar experiences with Dell. 3 technicians later (2 of them causing the issues) they cant fix the problem. So I demand a new laptop. Fingers crossed this new Inspiron 7577 is better. Shame the battery life is bad but pleased to have a working laptop.
