Battery Delayed Requesting Shipping Refund
I ordered a replacement battery on August 13th for business purposes, it said it would arrive on the 25th. Two weeks is a long time but reasonable considering shipping delays. I received a text regarding a delay until the 16th of next month. Tell me how it takes one month to put a battery in a box and send it to me? I own a business and this is a critical component for a salesperson, so I will be forced to replace the PC temporarily and delay to pull the hard drive so we can get our remaining non-cloud creative assets. Please issue a refund for my shipping and a partial credit.
