Battry is only lasting for 2 hours

Hey 

My Dell XPS14, which is less than a year old, was "fixed" by the Israeli support team, who completely replaced the hardware. 

Following the fix, my battery, when fully charged, is lasting less than 2 hours, and the single USB port on the right side of the laptop is not charging. 

I moved to Thailand and am now based in Koh Phangan. Do you offer your service here? Can you help fix it?
