Broken Alienware M17x bad technical Support!
I personally would never buy another Alienware ever again. I got this refurbished unit off someone and transferred the computer to my name and bought an expensive extra warranty and do not get service. I am appalled to be treated with utter disrespect and no one willing to troubleshoot my alienware all for an os when they can't even see or hear the problem whats the point. I personally feel cheated with this piece of junk and Dell support is just as bad as Apple. My service tag . If there is anyone here at Dell that gives a care but I highly doubt there anyone in this company who wants me to have a working laptop i been constantly treated like by many representatives and no diagnoses. I should have avoided this refurbished computer when i bought it off another person and now i paid for another warranty and dont get support. What gives maybe ill get support when my warranty expires next year. This computer is having issues with its graphics card, wireless network card failure and doesnt even support the n band like it says. And the speakers are failing as well there not loud at all unlike my roommates prior version the M17x r3 is the biggest piece of i have ever bought.

To protect your privacy, the service tag number was removed from your posting. Send it to me via private message by clicking on my name in blue and then clicking "Start Conversation". I will then look in the tool to see the service tag history.
Also, have you posted your issues on the Alienware Forum to get troubleshooting help from the other users?
