Broken hinge on AW920H
I tried sending a private message to send photos of this device that has no Dell Service Tag number. Mfg Date is Dec 2022, the order date from the invoice is from August 2023. Thank you!

From what I understand, Dell does not offer out-of-warranty repair service to headphones, headsets. In-warranty support also does not cover wear and tear damage or any physical broken.
I hope that the information can help you avoiding time consuming process, can be aggravation at time and to pursue the resolution at the right path.

@Chino de Oro this is not wear and tear damage. These headsets break with regular use -- I just encountered the same exact issue today and have never mishandled or dropped the headset. It sits on a hook under my desk when not in use.
This is not an answer nor is this helpful in any way.

I simply stated what is covered under warranty and what is not. It may help original poster with expectation and be prepared for alternative. When working with Dell warranty support agent, knowing what they will say may also be helpful to OP with gaining some positive result.
At least I tried to help out a community member. Although my post is not a solution, how helpful is yours?
