also There are some bumps in the back of the laptop, well at first I decide to return it, but I really like the design that xps have and I like dell, I have three dell laptop, but I just can't accept that I think I don't need to return it but can you give me some compensation for that?

If you're not completely happy with the system now, you never will be. Return it if you still have that option.
No, there's no other compensation (and note that if it's an XPS, your next system won't be, as that model line is gone).
