Its been 3 weeks and I havent recieved my money back what the heck! I emailed customer service they said they will email for an update in 2-5 days and its been more than that! This is ridiculous.
Dell does not charge customers until the order is shipped and the payment is only earmarked until the order ships and if cancelled, the payment is released off the block. Hence, there is no refund due from us. Please check with your bank for any payment that is successfully withdrawn by Dell. We voided the transaction right on 08/14 with authorization code # 02335D. If you feel you have been charged, please share a screen shot of the transaction.
So I wanted to buy an XPS 13 something that should have been easy. Dell customer service made it terrbile! I have been the past few weeks constantly writting to customer service, calling the verification department and not one single person has been helpful.
After about a week, I finally managed to start the refund process. they told me I would shortly receive my money and still haven't received nothing.
The weirdest part, when checking the status of the refund, I realized that dell made another order for te dell XPS without my consent! I am begging for someone to please help me find a solution to this nightmare

Anyone knows the email address on who to contact when an ordered has been cancelled but you've been charged for it?
Can't reach customer support at all via the phone.
Made an order of a Dell Monitor and unlike one of the moderators referred, I was still charged three months before the product hit the shipping date.
I have cancelled the order but have seen no refund.
If anyone know's what steps I can take I would deeply appreciate it, thank you.

Hi Anita,
I've got in touch with the details of my order.
As feedback could you please let everyone know in the future how to find your Private Message feature? It's not entirely obvious where to look.
For anyone wondering, click the Dell-Cares link on the moderator's post which redirect to a page to private message that specific moderator I believe.
Then on the "Contact Me" section click "Send this user a private message".
