Cancelling An Order

I placed an order yesterday and tried to cancel it the same day and was told via Virtual Assistance I was unable to do it. This is pure <Prohibited word or character substitution used. See the Forum Code of Conduct. DELL-Admin> service because I could not talk to a human being for help to cancel the order.
