The rogers.com email is tied to user MOQ from 2003. The bell.net email is tied to the current user mquelch. So you have two user accounts. We can delete the old one.

I have an old email address in my community user account from my previous ISP and all email from this forum goes there. I need to change this email in settings but I am getting a pop-up saying "User account not created"

Can you tell me how to change my email address in settings?

Three years later i have the same problem and the "obvious prompts" still lead to various dead ends. Life is too short. Guess i must del my account and start over with another. Shoot, and i just made Copper too...

I used a corporate email  with POP3 ( pop.gmail.com) and SMTP ( smtp.gmail.com) server and i have the same error. How can i fixed it?
