Cannot contact tech support through email

I been having issues and tried to contact support through email. The option for email is greyed out.

I was told by a person at the corporate office that it was not just on my end that they "the corporate" tried to test for email support and it was turned off also "greyed out"  I do not believe this I believe they just needed a reason to give because I told them that I insist on getting support as per my warranty 24/7 email support 24/7 phone support. 

The Agent also insisted that I contact him only. But this Agent from corporate office waits until the end of his shift to call or email.

Bear in mind support is available free only for in-warranty systems -- is this an in warranty system or out of warranty?
