Checkout with dell pay

Seems this issue is still going on over a year later!! Trying to buy and Alienware desktop and no luck! I have tried checkout and choosing dell pay type in my information ph,ssn, zip recieve text on my phone. When I click the link on my phone I get this over and over again

I have cleared my cache and resent link, I have tried different browsers, I have turned the wifi off on my phone, I have tried ordering from computer and my phone nothing works same link message URL expired. We have shopped with dell for years and no issue u til the switched to comenity. Guess I will go buy the desktop elsewhere. You would think this would be a priority for dell because you all are definitely losing money!!
