Complaint against DELL's customer service

 My dell xps laptop (6months old) was not starting after some windows update and dell customer support team india informed me they recognize the issue which happened due to a window update and the motherboard is now faulty. And to my shock, for this I have to bear the cost of motherboard when I have done nothing but just some automatic windows update. What kind of laptops are dell really making? Now, I have paid for the parts 34 days ago and the ETA was 4 weeks. I have been dropping several mails and calling several times a day to dell customer support but they cut the call every time after saying they need to put my call on hold to check the status on this. This is so irritating, it happens every single time. Now I have a costly laptop that is not working and I have already paid additional for the parts which I am not getting. What the heck do I do ? There is no support being provided at all, no body is responding to mails and calls. What kind of CUSTOMER support team is this? How do you really hire such people who do not care to respond even to a customer's mail? Can anyone here please suggest me what do I do now? Can this be taken to consumer court?
