Complaint- unresolved issue. Attention please!

I tried to share the management about my experience and even a senior manager have not respond to me. I didn’t expect this conduct. It's feels like disrespect. there's no other word. Before i post in the media my terrible case, I want to express my deep frustration and disappointment feeling with the situation i experienced. A few weeks ago I purchased a laptop that was not functioning properly from the first second i used it. It was purchased in the United States but I am an Israeli citizen and currently live in Israel. I asked to replace the laptop with a new one according to the policy of “under 30 days purchase”. After a complains that I was not getting proper service, I got an email from a resolution manager- his name is Abdellah. He told me that he should talk to your partners in Israel and ask them to replace my system with a new one. 4 weeks passed from the first time Abdellah contacted me, we are in touch by emails but i am still waiting to solution.. 4 weeks i hear the words “let me check...” generally he has a suave attitude but recently He have not replied to the part emails i sent him. it feels like disrespect. Meanwhile i am without a laptop- a basic and necessary product and I can not run in a normal day. I am very disappointed with Dell, which is not able to provide a quick and useful solution. This is the first time I have purchased your product and unfortunately I am dealing with a great difficulty, especially bureaucratic. This is an intolerable situation. Before I turn to the media and share in the terrible case I experience, I ask in every possible way to resolve this matter once and for all. after so much conversations with service representatives, I would be happy if finally the right person who could solve the problem and replace the system will help and contact me urgently.
