Complaint

I bought a laptop from you less than a year ago. Since then I have had an engineer out twice to it and had to delete the operating system 4 sepearate times, loosing me around 6 days of working hours. I have spoke to the technical support team on multiple occasions as obviously there is somehting seriously wrong with the device. I want a full refund or the device replacing. The service I have received so far has been terrible, and I think how hard it is to launch a complaint with you speaks absolute volumes.
