Computer Returned to Shipper

I recently ordered a refurbished Dell Inspiron tower, on August 29th. The computer shipped August 30th and arrived within my hometown by the 31st. However, the package tracker then says that the package was returned to shipper due to being unable to deliver the shipment. I'm unsure as to what to do from here. After reading a few threads of similar problems it seems that getting my money back or getting the computer will be next to impossible. If there's any advice on where to go from here that'd be greatly appreciated.

You did not say where you got it aka Dell Outlet or Dell Financial Services or any other vendor.

You also did not say which shipper aka UPS or USPS or FEDEX etc.

This forum is not customer support for any of the aforementioned entities.

You will have to contact the shipper and the seller.

Why?

Dispute with your credit card company.

You need to find out from the shipper why the package was returned.

They usually to contact you first before doing something that drastic.

As an example, a stupid eBay seller sent my purchase via Fedex Home. Unfortunately, my address was a PO Box. FedEx did call me to get another address. The package was delayed but was not returned to the seller!

Right, forgot to mention those details, had to leave for school so was in a rush. This was ordered through Dell Outlet, it was shipped via FEDEX.

I understand that this is not customer support, that mistake is again on me.
