Computer sent to Dell, missing

Question

Dear all, I have a missing All in One computer since October 2017 when I sent to Dell within a Box with a FedEx pre-paid label (all provided by Dell) to get it fixed. USPS has confirmed they delivered my computer inside the FedEx box with tracking number . Box delivered (without mandatory signing) to   Dell  at Houston TX, as the FedEx label that   Dell  provided me stated, on October 20th 2017 at 10:36 am.  Dell  cannot track this tracking number because probably since you sent me 2 boxes to return my computer, I probably used the label that you canceled. You also cannot track this on USPS website because this is not their number, but FedEx’s. USPS also confirmed that they would deliver the system to address even if the FedEx label was canceled. I have a printed form with proof of delivery from USPS, so   Dell  needs to either find my computer or replace with a new one. A ticket was opened about this is issue ( Service  Request Number: ) but after months trying to understand all that happened above, Dell claims it doesn't have my computer and that is not their problem anymore. So how is it Dells fault that you somehow mailed a prepaid fedex label with the usps?
