I don't know enough about building a PC to be able to do it myself and I already ensure you guys about it. Is there any way I could purchase a custom PC built by Dell?

No. If you want that, there are plenty of options -- Falcon Northwest, AVA, Origin PC and many others. You won't find the option with Dell (or HP, ASUS, Lenovo, Acer or any of the other major PC providers).
