Defective Laptop, Resolution Required

Can someone from the Dell Customer Care team DM me, in regards to a resolution for the defective laptop I have!

I'ce submitted a support request via the online 'Contact Support Team' option, although require this matter escalating given that my original request appears to have been closed/ deleted without resolution! I do not require technical support, nor do I wish to provide you ANOTHER opportunity to address a faulty Dell 16 Plus laptop that I've had for less than 3 weeks!

Despite the replacement of the laptop motherboard, undertaken 23/10/25, the laptop provided remains faulty, now having developed a noticeable 'buzzing/ whirring', almost 'grating' like sound which was not present previously. This becomes more noticeable and increases in volume when the mouse (trackpad) is used or when arrow keys are pressed etc (essentially anytime the computer is used) and results in the laptop (particularly given my acute sense of hearing) being unusable!

During the circa 3 weeks since my initial contact with Dell, and despite having experienced what I would consider as being significant inconvenience - I feel that I've been more than accommodating and reasonable in providing you with an opportunity to:

1) Supply a replacement Dell 16 Plus laptop after the first laptop I received was visibly defective upon delivery.

2) Supply and conduct a repair to replace the faulty motherboard on the replacement laptop, following complete motherboard failure after circa 2 weeks in my possession.

The provided laptop remains faulty, and what any reasonable person would consider to be of unsatisfactory quality! Having provided you with an opportunity to replace and repair the previous laptops I've received and to essentially be no further forward, I feel like I am now devoid of any further alternative as a means of resolution. As I remain within the 30 day threshold since my purchase of the original and replacement laptop, I therefore wish to exercise my rights in requesting a full refund and would appreciate your assistance in facilitating the return of this laptop, and provision of a refund as soon as convenient, and would appreciate if you're able to DM me to address.

Regards,

Ke3

Are you getting anywhere with Dell. I purchased a new latop Sept 2024 and have had 3 major issues with it that I have paid to have fixed myself.... now I just want them to take the laptop back and give me a refund. I have posted on here, got a private message and I replied to that but now am being ghosted???? Are they responding to you?
