I ordered a black friday laptop which has been delayed 4 times now, original delivery date of 16Dec, 25 Dec, Jan 1, now Feb 12. Are people just cancelling their orders and buying elsewhere?
I am experiencing the same sort of issue.. Except my order was placed weeks later. They do not accurately represent their stock levels on their website. They will tell you they have stock when it is bone dry and set new dates that reflect the fact they have to manufacture your order...
I've been waiting since Nov 18th for my R10. They cancelled Nd reordered 3 times. I talked with a supervisor today and supposedly they are getting an update friday the 10th at 10 am. I wouldnt hold my breath over that update either, I threatened to cancel my order and I'm sure he just said that to buy some time. I have talked to well over 25 dell reps since November and have gotten a different response each time. Whatever is going on at dell they don't want the customers to know about it I think. Either way hope it turns around for you. Cheers.

My ordered has been delayed but the funny part is they are selling the item that is delayed in their overstock sale.
