Dell Advantage Rewards

So I just don't believe that if I cancel an order which I spent Reward points on can not be cancelled immediately.  I ordered a backpack by mistake and wanted a 13" laptop bag instead of 17".  (I mis-read, but cancelled the order within 5 minutes of ordering)  Went to select the one I wanted and found out reward points were not refunded.

So I had $108 worth of reward points and they expire today (Why they expire within 90 days and they don't actually give the points too you for 30 days).  They won't refund the reward points for 2 days but by then they expire.  So because I made a mistake which I corrected within 5 minutes I lose all my points.  Now my order was for only $86 and I have $22 in bank and what I really want to order cost $124.

The 'Solution' is I am getting a $75 gift card... I'm pretty sure that's $33 less than the reward points.   I've purchased over 10 dell servers over a period of 10 years.  And my Reward points are for a Alienware 13" OLED R3 laptop.  I have been a loyal customer.  I guess I'll look into HP from what I hear they perform better anyhow.

The two Items I want to purchase are a Alienware Vindicator V2.0 - Laptop carrying backpack - 13-inch and Logitech K480.  Why they can't just take my proper order over the phone I don't understand.  Only thing I can think of is to take as much of customers money as possible.

I asked who can I contact to get this taken care of 5 times and he did not answer the question.  I still want to know who I can call.

I sent a Friend request with E-mail ID, Order #, and Incident #.  The part #'s of what I wanted to purchase were: A9209063 and A7970179.  In saved cart labeled Wanted Order: Backpack & Keyboard link should work.  I believe my Credit Card is in the system for the left over $16.98, but true customer service wouldn't care due to hassle they have caused.

Just so you know only thing I can do under your name is "View Recent Activity" & Your name links to your profile.  I clicked on your name in three different web browsers and 'Send Private message' didn't appear.  I could get to your profile and I tried in message to type your name and DCF-Admin; "no matches were found".   No Picture shows up next to your name.  I added a picture so you see what I see on all 3 browsers.

Perhaps you could send me a Private Message and I could reply to it? If you don't see friend request.  (Just an idea)  I've used Chrome and Edge... I guess I'll try IE. Ok Editing in IE and it won't send private message either.

Thanks for any help.
