Dell Alienware Order Status

Question

Hello,I have made an order for Alienware m17 R3 1 week back, However when I check my order status it shows 'Confirmed'. But when I call the dell order modification phone number and track the order it says shipped. And then I requested for a tracking number from the automatic robotic voice and it sent me a text message, when I track the package in Fedex it shows only 'shipment information sent to Fedex' and the origin is Chicago and the delivery date is tomorrow end of the day, But there no information that Fedex picked the order yet. When I spoke to the agent she said it is coming from overseas. who is correct??

My Laptop has been shipped through FeDex, Yesterday I have received email notification. The scheduled delivery is tomorrow. My actual delivery date is 21st but I am getting this early.

You will probably have to call in and will find its been delayed or cancelled.
