DELL CANADA

This will be the one and only post I will have. I just recently ordered two Dell 8500 XPS here in Canada. Unforrtunately I had to order them through my brother in California as Dell choses to sell computers with less options in Canada that the US. I had him order the computers at COSTCO as they also do not sell the same product in Canada as they do in the US.

The very first thing I  did after trying one of them was to upgrade Windows 8 to Windows 7 Pro as a cost of $200.00 per machine. I have ordered may Dell computers for my company over the years as was happy with the product. However after the purchase of these two machines I amextremely displeased with the way Dell has changed in eleminating the options for selecting the hardware on their computers.

This has made me realize that I will have to purchase my machines from local sellers that will allow me the opportunity to customize my computers for my needs and wants. I no longer see DELL as a viable option for the purchase of my future computers.
