Dell DFS site down since 8/30/22

Have been trying to sign in to the Dell Financial Services site (https://mydfs.dell.com/) since 8/30/22 - and you can get to the login page, but once you login, it just sits there and eventually times out.

I have tried in Chrome, FireFox, MS Edge. I have tried on my personal PC (Dell Alienware) and on my work laptop.

I have cleared ALL cookies & cache files completely for the dell.com domain.

Still cannot login.

I even tweeted to the "DellCares" twitter account (which claims 24/7 support - but the account name itself seems to be an oxymoron) yesterday and tagged the Dell twitter account. No response at all. 

Will somebody at Dell take a look and respond please?
