Dell email legit?

My experience was a "dell worker" by the name of Jeevan Kumar   this is the email I was given and said to email him my cart. Soon after he asked for my number. AVA directed me to this guy which brought me to chat spaces which seems fishy enough. I don't know if that email is legit or not.
