I have tried every browser available to human kind and still Dell Financial Services is telling me that my date of birth is incorrect - i've tried every known variations but am not certain what's up. this seems to be a problem that others are having as well (i've found many posts from people experiencing similar issues). Can you please assist, providing me the magical variation for entering our birthday, or have the website fixed we can take advantage of the service that you are offering.

I am having the same issue. using google chrome AND explorer. there is no where that it says the format dell would like date of birth in.
