Dell monthly text chat a scam?

Every month Dell sends me a text from Dell technology neighborhood asking questions and at the end I’m entered in a monthly drawing, this month I WON along with 8 others! The text reads Dell Prize Alert! It said that I’d won an Amazon gift card. however I’ve received absolutely nothing whatsoever! And to make matters worse I contacted Dell and sent them the screenshots about this and supposedly they said a “specialist would investigate this and get back to me! However I’ve not been contacted at all Does Dell do this just to get your hopes up!?

I’ve received a Dell prize alert, from the monthly text sent to me by Dell technologies neighborhood saying “ Dell Prize Alert “ saying I’ve won the monthly drawing. I answered the questions and still haven’t received anything whatsoever from Dell, I contacted them and was told they would investigate, however still no answers no explanation or response from Dell regarding this at all? I thought Dell cared? Anyone else have issues such as this? I’ve bought several laptops from them and I really expected better from them than this!

I hit the “Get help now“ button and was informed to contact Dell customer service? Where? I received no answer to this?

It kind of does however I've been getting these texts from dell for quite a while now and every month they have a drawing for prizes, this is the first time I've actually won, I think they are actually from Dell, 

Sounds suspiciously like a phishing scam.

Well after speaking with Dell, I called Rival Tech. A guy named Craig is supposed to be calling me, about this, Dell Technologies Neighborhood chat session!  Dell has very limited information on this supposedly. But the company did verify that Dell has them doing this! So I find it weird that Dell haver limited information on this? But Dell said they did have them running this monthly drawing! I'm still looking for help on this.

well I just confirmed that it’s not a scam as previously told by Dell, according to the “Team” investigation it’s legitimate!
