Dell Mouse DS111 problem

Dear team,

I complained about my new dell DS111 mouse on 17 june,2025, for replacement with my bill. but i have not received any acknowledgement from your side. and also still not received the replacement. is this the support we expected from DELL? i called you 3-4 times but not received anything. 

if you donot replaced the same , please tell me , i will buy a new mouse, NOT A DELL , any other companies definitely.
