Dell Online Chat Support
Would like to lodge a complaint against an online Dell Chat Representative for two things: one, changing an invoice, and, two, changing the transcript of the online chat. Changing the invoice should have consequences. Changing the transcript is not as important, since the representative changed the chat, apparently, to make herself look better. Either way, what was done is dishonest. Besides now finding that the 2-3 Business Day Delivery is several days off and misrepresents actual delivery time, knowing that a representative of Dell can change/alter an invoice and chat transcript makes me suspect of Dell's business practices.
