Dell Refund, $70

I was due a refund for $70 that was overcharged my account in 2016. This past August 6th, I faxed a signed letter to claim the funds. Its been 3 months, so I called the phone no. on the letter and spoke to a woman in TX. She said her fax machine "was not working" during the week I faxed the claim letter and that my refund has now been "sent back to the state of Ohio unclaimed funds. I checked there and it is not coming up. She said to check back in December and then to giver her a call so she can "see what she can do". This is totally outrageous. I have bought 5 Dell laptops from you over the past 17 years. Is this how you treat your good customers?

Update = Mr Jerry S (Dell Financial Services) called me yesterday and stated that he is assisting me with the refund. Thank you for your help in this matter.
