Dell refusing to refund me
I put through a few orders, dell shipped them, then requested the orders back as the "orders were ordered through the wrong channel".
On a bunch of orders I used a dell gift card in combination with my credit card, the credit card got refunded but the gift card did not.
Now dell is refusing to refund the gift cards.
Please help,
