Dell Returns Policy

I have purchased 10 Dell Pro laptops for use in the company. However upon arrival the laptops are of very bad quality, the external case is poor the keyboard is made of cheap plastic making it hard to type and the screen quality is very dull making it unsuitable for our use as a business (everyone has rejected them) and this is all within a day. This is within 2 days of arrival and I have only opened 5 of them. i reached out to the account manager at DELL and got hit with "commercial policy states no returns for businesses". I have explained the situation and said I do not want to get a refund, i just want to return them for a better model and if this means paying the difference that is completely okay however this has all been ignored and it is frustrating to spend £12K on unsuable computers with no one to talk to and no one offering any kind of solution just keep getting the same response about policy. Surely this is no way to conduct a sale, the images of the device on the website are far different from what was sent and the material quality as i mentioned earlier is devastating to say the least.

Is there any way to receive any support at all on this?
