Dell Rewards disappeared
Hello,
Yesterday while browsing my dell rewards page, a popup offered to trade 2500 points for $50 in dell cash. I clicked yes and 2500 points were deducted from my rewards balance but NO dell cash was ever awarded to my account.
I have to imagine I'm not the only one with this problem.

Hi.
Did the Dell Dollars from the trade eventually appear in your account? Or did you just request a refund of the points?

@m3291tt I wasn't ever awarded the Dell Dollars, but they DID refund the points to my account very quickly.
