Dell Rewards Points gone

My dell rewards are all gone, and i can't find any explanation to why. I regularly gained them therefore expiring due to inactivity should not be the issue. I also did not get any email about it expiring or a warning. All i know is that if i regularly earned them i shouldnt have to worry about it expiring or did i read the text wrong about the point system. 

Just want to know if this is a problem in the system or they just gone just like that, as i cant really find any answers online.
